The ELEVEN Housing Project by the CAKOV & PARTNERS Architectural Studio comprises 11 family houses meeting the highest standards, located in the surroundings of the Little Carpathians. The housing concept was designed for people who value their own privacy above all, and, at the same time, they do not want to lose contact with the city.
In his design, the architect emphasized mainly airiness and lighting of the whole interior by means of large-format windows and a private atrium. The high standard of the residences is provided for also by individual boilers of the premium class – Viessmann Plus, combined with solar panels, as well as autonomous underfloor heating featuring smart thermostat and recuperation.
The compound of the residential area will provide its inhabitants privacy and safety.
The houses have undergone final inspection, and certificates of occupancy have been issued for them. The houses are offered unfurnished.

FAMILY HOUSE TYPE SO 108
The layout of this family house with an area of more than 200 sqm is divided into a part for a common daily family life, located on the ground, and a night part located on the first floor. The glass-walled internal atrium is an attractive element of the whole space. It integrates both storeys into a compact unit. The open living-room with a dining space and a fireplace leads to an urban-type garden. The night part includes a master bedroom with a terrace, a study room as well as two children´s rooms. Thanks to a large closet located opposite the atrium there is plenty of storage space. The special feature of this family house is its unique view which will not be spoiled by any new buildings, not even in the future.
